BASIC OPENING SERVICE – $268.00* ($168.00 above ground pool)

Remove winterizing plugs
Install equipment drain plugs and strainer baskets
Prime and start filter pump (providing system is operational & pool water level is adequate)
Check circulation for adequate flow

Customer Responsibilities:

Make certain electrical power to equipment area is turned on & functioning
Remove, clean, and store cover if applicable
Adjust water to proper operating level (system will not be started if this is not completed)
Circulate water for 24 hours and have analyzed for proper water balance
Add any required sanitizers and balancers
Install ladders, handrails, etc.

DELUXE OPENING SERVICE – $398.00* ¹

Remove water from cover if applicable.
Remove solid cover, brush to clean, fold cover and store or set aside for customer
Remove safety mesh cover, brush to clean, flush and reseat cover anchors, fold and store or set
aside for customer
(We cannot guarantee that water & debris from the cover will not go into the pool. We will do
our best to prevent this from occurring during a deluxe pool opening service.)

Inspecting pool cover for damage
Removing, folding, and stowing winter cover
Screwing down deck grommets
Installation of deck equipment (ladders, handrails, etc...)
Removal of winter plugs
Reassembling pool filter
Starting up pumps and pool heater
Priming plumbing
Installing return fittings and skimmer baskets

Important Reminders:

Travel Fee to your location will be added to the prices listed above. For a quote on your travel fee please contact us by phone at (802) 860-7665 or email us at info@poolworld.com. Any return trip due to your responsibility not being fulfilled will result in an additional Pool World standard service call fee and applicable travel fee being assessed.

Remove equipment drain plugs and drain the following if applicable:
- Circulation Pump
- Pool Water Filter
- Pool Water Heater
- Pool Water Sanitizer
Remove directional inlets and blow water from circulation lines (Inground pools only)
Install customer winterizing plugs and skimmer freeze protection device

Add winterizing chemicals (not included in closing price)
Lower water level to bottom of skimmer opening, if applicable
Remove ladders, handrails, diving board and slide, if applicable (Inground & Above ground)
Place removed accessories together at pool side for customer storage
Install customers sheet type winter cover with water tubes or mesh type anchored winter/safety cover

Important Reminders:

All pool closings AFTER October 31st double the above listed price.
Foxx Pool clip in covers, add $100.00 to above listed closing price
Mesh Covers: for any covers with anchors other than brass Pool World will not be held responsible for any damage to the cover.

(i.e., if you want to have your pool ready for Memorial Day, you should plan on starting the process two weeks prior to that day). Please select two different weeks.
